Siliguri, 02nd September: Locals caught a youth red-handed pick-pocketing in Siliguri’s Regulated Market under Pradhan Nagar police station.
Reportedly, the youth was nabbed while he tried to steal a mobile phone by putting his hand inside the pocket of another person in the said area. He was later handed over to Pradhan Nagar police.
