Siliguri, 14th June: The undercover cops of Pradhan Nagar police station recovered a stolen motorcycle about 04 months after the burglary. A youth, identified as Umesh Kumar Jadav, has also been arrested in the case.
According to police sources, burglary of a motorbike from Siliguri’s South Palas area was reported last February. Based on the complaint lodged by the bike owner, the police launched an investigation and finally cracked the case after 04 months. Acting on a tip-off, on Monday, the police arrested the accused youth with the stolen bike from South Palas area. He was produced in the Siliguri court today. Police are probing the whole matter.
