Siliguri, 11th January: On Thursday, the Ward Utsav under the banner ‘Bhorer Alo’ commenced in Siliguri’s Ward No. 18. The event was inaugurated in the presence of Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) Mayor Gautam Deb and Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar.
Reportedly, a grand procession was taken out on this day. During this, MMIC Dulal Dutta, Manik Dey, Ward Councilor Sanjay Sharma, and Councilors of several wards of Siliguri were present.
