Siliguri, 14th December: Under the initiative of the Ward No. 25 Committee and Garbage Disposal Department of Siliguri Municipal Corporation, jackets were given to 16 new Nirmal Mitras in a function organized at Sishu Udyan of Ward No. 25 on Wednesday.
Ward councillor and borough chairman Jayant Saha, former councillor of the ward Seema Saha and others were present on the occasion. In this regard, Jayant Saha said that the Nirmal Mitras have been provided with jackets to help them work in the cold days of winter without any inconvenience.
