Siliguri, 29th July: A media interaction programme was organised in Siliguri to raise awareness about the VB-G RAM-G (Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin)) project and highlight various aspects of the initiative among the general public through the media.
Darjeeling District Magistrate Harishanker Panicker was present at the programme. He highlighted the importance, objectives and effective implementation of the project.
The District Magistrate said that the media plays a crucial role in ensuring that accurate information about the project reaches people. He stated that the initiative aims to make government services more transparent, accessible and people-centric while ensuring faster delivery of services to beneficiaries.
During the programme, discussions were held on various aspects of the VB-G RAM-G project, its benefits and implementation process. Emphasis was laid on increasing public awareness through media outreach so that more people can benefit from the initiative.
