Rajganj, 12th October: Rajganj Police arrested two people with illegal firecrackers before Diwali. Reportedly, after conducting a campaign the Rajganj Police seized the said firecrackers from the Rajganj Market area on Tuesday evening. The said firecrackers have been estimated worth lakhs of rupees.
Along with this, two people have also been arrested in this incident. The two accused have been identified as Swapna Saha and Apoorva Paul, residents of Rajganj. In this regard, Rajganj police station IC Pankaj Sarkar said that illegal firecrackers were seized. Two people were arrested after conducting a campaign in two shops in Rajganj market last evening. The accused have been produced in the Jalpaiguri court today.
