Kharibari, 18th February: The Ramdhanjote camp jawans of the 41st battalion of SSB arrested two men with 21 cattle. The arrested accused have been identified as Mohammad Nasiruddin (35), and Mohammad Jabir (53).
As per the report, a truck was detained at Kharibari’s Dandajhar. 21 cattle were recovered from the vehicle. Eight thousand rupees cash was also confiscated from their possession. According to sources, the cattle were being transported to Bihar via Dandajhar.
The arrested individuals were later handed over to Kharibari police. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
