Jalpaiguri, 27th February: A Trinamool worker has been accused of influencing a mentally unstable person to vote for the Trinamool Congress.
The incident surfaced from the Ananda Model High School polling station in Ward No. 07 of Jalpaiguri Municipality. Meanwhile, it has been alleged that the media was threatened when it came to reporting the incident.
In this regard, Jalpaiguri MP Jayanta Roy said that booths are being jammed in different places so that people cannot vote. He made this allegation against the ruling party. However, TMC has denied all allegations.
