TMC took to streets in Naxalbari to thwart BJP’s call for a bandh in Bengal

Naxalbari, 28th February: Trinamool Congress took to the streets in Naxalbari to thwart BJP’s call for a bandh in the state.


A rally was taken out from the party office of Naxalbari Trinamool Congress. Trinamool activists appealed to the traders and common people to thwart the bandh. The rally went around different areas and concluded at the party office.

In this regard, Naxalbari Block 2 Trinamool Congress President Prithvish Roy said, “Voting has been peaceful in 108 municipalities except for a few scattered incidents. We have appealed to all to thwart BJP’s bandh, everyone has responded.”
