Rajganj, 03rd January: In a commendable initiative to address the issue of shortage of blood, the members of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Trinamool Youth Congress (TMYC) organized a blood donation camp in Rajganj.
As per reports, on Wednesday, the blood donation program was held at the Pradhan Para Pramod Sangha O Pathagar and the Rajganj Public Library. During the event, the TMC block leaders, workers, and supporters actively volunteered to donate blood. Significantly, the blood collected units of blood will be delivered to the Jalpaiguri Sadar Hospital.
TMC block President Arindam Banerjee highlighted the event and the active blood donation made by the party members to address the blood scarcity. He further instigated that similar blood donation camps will be organized in all regions in the future.
