Rajganj, 06th April: Trinamool Mahila Congress organized an election meeting in support of Jalpaiguri Lok Sabha candidate Nirmal Chandra Roy at Ashrampara ground adjacent to Fatapukur in Rajgaj block.
As per details received, the meeting was organized under the initiative of Trinamool Mahila Congress, Trinamool Congress and INTTUC of Rajganj block. The meeting witnessed active participation of women workers as well as women from self-help group and ASHA workers from several areas of the block.
Reportedly, Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad Sabhadhipati Krishna Roy Barman, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, INTTUC District Sabhapati Tapan Dey, Jalpaiguri District TMC President Noor Jahan Begum, Rajganj block Trinamool Mahila Congress President Sarbani Dhara, Rajganj block TMC President Arindam Banerjee were present in the election meeting.
