Rajganj, 27th March: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Goutam Deb from the Dabgram-Fulbari constituency campaigned through a rally in Fulbari, on Saturday.
Reportedly, the TMC candidate along with his supporters and activists marched to the beat of drums and conducted a door-to-door campaign in the No.2 Block Gram Panchayat’s Sipahi Para, Chobhabhita, and Dewnia para.
Addressing the media, Goutam Deb stated that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people of the said area. He claimed that the locals want the TMC government to come to power as a lot of development works have been carried out in the area. However, Deb added that there is still much to be done for the common people.
Meanwhile, Jalpaiguri District-in-council member Debasish Pramanik, Gram Panchayat head Dilip Roy, TMC Anchal President Rabiul Karim, Biplav Singh, and others were also present during the electioneering.
