Cooch Behar, 24th July: Based on a tip-off, the Cooch Behar Kotwali Police, on Friday morning, launched operations in the Ghugumari Rail gate area and arrested three men along with firearms. The arrested accused have been identified as Soleman Miya (44), Rana Haque (21), and Ajinoor Haque (22). All of them are reportedly residents of Dinhata police station area.
7 automatic pistols, 8 local pistols, 140 rounds of ammunition, and 15 magazines were recovered from their possession. The weapons were allegedly brought from Bihar. Police have started investigating the whole incident.
