Tapas Chatterjee extends help to Siliguri’s Ward No. 33 fire victims

Siliguri, 05th February: Siliguri Municipal Corporation’s Ward No. 32 committee extended a helping hand to the family affected in a major fire break-out in Ward No. 33.


It is to recall that on February 03, a fire broke out at a residence in the said ward after a gas cylinder exploded. Two elderly tenants Sudama Ram and Sumitra Banik were injured in the incident and are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Ward No. 32 Co-ordinator Tapas Chatterjee visited the house today and also visited the hospital to enquire about the fire victims. He assured that SMC and DYFI NJP Fulbari committee will provide all possible help to the family in the coming days.
