Siliguri, 02nd September: As per the administrative guidelines, Rapid Antigen Tests have commenced in different areas across the city. Accordingly, swab collection has started in various health centres for the RT-PCR test.
Likewise, samples for RT-PCR were collected at the Municipal Primary Health Center in Ward No. 44 on Wednesday. Around 25 samples were collected and several people from the surrounding areas took the swab test.
The collected samples were then sent to the VRDL Lab of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. The district health department aims to increase the number of tests in the coming days.
