Naxalbari, 05th June: In a foiled attempt of animal trafficking, the personnel of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) rescued 49 cattle from the Kotiya Jote area of Naxalbari Gram Panchayat near the Indo-Nepal border.
According to reports, the culprits fled towards Nepal after noticing SSB personnel of the 41st Battalion at Kotiya Jote. Following this, 49 cattle were rescued and handed over to Naxalbari police. Currently, police are investigating the entire incident.
