Siliguri, 01st July: On National Doctors’ Day, voluntary organization Srishti Foundation felicitated doctors, journalists, social workers as well as COVID warriors.
The event was held at the premises of a private school in Fulbari on Thursday. SMC administrator Goutam Deb, Darjeeling District CMOH Pralay Acharya, Dean of North Bengal Medical College Sandeep Sengupta, and others were present at the programme.
Apart from this, a blood donation camp was also organized in collaboration with Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank.
Srishti Foundation President Gautam Goswami said, “We sincerely respect those who have been serving the society and the people by risking their lives in the pandemic. Hence, this event was organized today.”
