Siliguri, 22nd October: Acting on a tip-off, a team of SOG and Siliguri Police Station-PC conducted raid at the vegetable market near Modern Boys Club at Siliguri’s Jhankar More area and arrested four men with illegal drugs.
The accused persons have been identified as Sourav Roy (21) of Deshbandhu Para, Raju Mohammed (37) of Pikkhana Colony, Koustav Talapatra (30) of Jalpaiguri and Ali (44) of Maruabadi-Malda. The police recovered and seized 300 grams of brown sugar from their possession.
