Islampur, 13th September: Bapan Das, a social worker as well as a policeman from Bidhannagar, distributed masks among several bus passengers at Islampur bus terminus, on Sunday.
Reportedly, Das, upon sighting many passengers without masks in the Islampur bus stand area, hurriedly bought masks and distributed them among the passengers and bus workers.
A social worker from Islampur Swarupananda Vaidya, poet Nishikanta Sinha, and many others assisted him in this work.
