Siliguri, 28th December: Siliguri SDO Srinivas Venkatrao Patil held an all-party meeting at Vivekananda Bhawan, on Tuesday.
The SDO spoke with the representatives of different political parties regarding the submission of election nominations and other rules. Representatives of Trinamool Congress, BJP, CPIM, and Congress were present in the meeting.
Meanwhile, the political leaders expressed dissatisfaction over the matter that no instructions have been given on how much money the candidates can spend on electioneering.
