Siliguri, 06th July: With the pandemic phase of COVID-19 looks to be ending for most cities, various clubs of Siliguri have started preparations for Durga Puja in a grand manner this year. Durga Puja of Siliguri’s Desh Bandhu Para Subrata Sangha is entering its 65th celebration this year. The theme of this year’s puja is ‘Sobuch Concrete’ (green concrete-city).
In this context, Subrata Sangha member Bhaskar Biswas said that the puja was conducted in the last two years with the help of club funds and members. Considering the present scenario, the club is looking forwards to conducting the puja in a grand manner.
