Siliguri’s Anindita Chatterjee enters India Book of Records by reciting names of all 66 books of the Bible in 30.50 seconds

Siliguri, 10th May: Anindita Chatterjee, a 53-year-old resident of Hakimpara, Siliguri, has earned the title of “IBR Achiever” from the India Book of Records after successfully reciting the names of all 66 books of the Bible (39 from the old testament and 27 from the new testament) in Bengali in just 30.50 seconds.

Her achievement stands as a remarkable example that age is no barrier to determination and excellence.

Anindita Chatterjee has shared a deep connection with music and dance since childhood. She is a well-known vocalist in Siliguri and has earned recognition for her performances of Rabindra Sangeet. Alongside her artistic pursuits, she has also been actively involved in social welfare activities for several years.

Apart from music and social work, Chatterjee nurtures a strong interest in religion and literature. She has been studying the Bible for a long time, and her desire to challenge herself and achieve something unique inspired her to attempt the record.

Speaking about the recognition, Chatterjee said the achievement holds immense emotional value for her. She described her success as the result of years of practice, patience, and unwavering concentration. According to her, she never considered age an obstacle and instead focused on improving herself every day.

Chatterjee now aims to break her own record in the future. She has already begun preparing for an entry into the World Book of Records, with the goal of reciting the names of all 66 books of the Bible in just 15 seconds.
