Siliguri, 07th July: In light of the COVID-19 lockdown, the Siliguri Unique Foundation team extended their helping hand towards the needy and delivered food items among several vagrants.
The organization distributed food items and 3 beds among 35 people residing in a ‘Nirashray er Asray’ Ashram in Birpara.
Saju Talukder, the ashram owner as well as a social activist, highly praised the initiative taken by the organization in such a difficult time. He further mentioned that the Unique Foundation team has also provided 3 beds to accommodate more vagrants in the ashram.
