Siliguri, 23rd June: The undercover cops of Pradhan Nagar police station arrested a man from Siliguri’s Junction for trying to smuggle liquor into Bihar, on Wednesday night. 70 bottles of country spirit and liquor were recovered from his possession. The arrested has been identified as Suraj Kamat (34), a resident of Supaul district in Bihar.
The police presented the accused in the Siliguri court today and have registered a case for illegal smuggling of liquor.
