Siliguri Police arrest three for duping people on pretext of providing jobs

Siliguri, 25th July: Siliguri Police, based on a complaint, arrested three men for allegedly duping people on the pretext of providing jobs. The accused have been identified as Deepu Kumar Singh (27) of Netaji Nagar Champasari, Md. Faruque (28) of Champasari and Abhisek Biswas (21) of Haiderpara Ghugni More.


The trio was running a fake job consultancy office styled as “JAI MATA DI SEARN JYOTI CONSULTANCEY” at Hakimpara Children park, Siliguri.

The fake consultancy firm owned by Deepu Kr Singh was collecting money from young boys and girls on the pretext of providing them with jobs in various companies. After the matter came to light, a case of criminal breach of trust and cheating has been started against the arrested accused persons and their associates. All accused will be presented before the Ld Court on today.
