Siliguri, 16th September: A carrom competition under the banner “Media Carrom Tournament” was organized under the initiative of the Siliguri Journalists Club in collaboration with the Siliguri District Carrom 29 Association. On Saturday, the President of Siliguri Journalists Club, Manas Ranjan Banerjee inaugurated the two-day event at the club.
Reportedly,12 teams will compete in the tournament. In the competition, the champion and the runners-up would be awarded mementos along with other special prizes for the participants. The event witnessed the presence of Siliguri District Carrom 29 Association President Siddarth Biswas, Secretary Sanjib Ghosh, Durjoy Ghosh, and others.
