Siliguri ISKCON hold protest condemning violence against Hindus in Bangladesh

Siliguri, 23rd October: Devotees of the ISKCON in Siliguri held a protest rally today to condemn the attack on Hindus and demolition of the ISKCON temple in Bangladesh.


The demonstrators wore black masks and took out a peaceful rally from the ISKCON temple premises and toured various parts of the city.

Akhilatma Priya Das, Temple President ISKCON Siliguri, stated that the Bangladeshi Hindus and minorities were persecuted. He demanded that a Mahaprabhu Sankirtan Movement be organized for their safety and that the perpetrators of the incident be punished.
