Naxalbari, 25th January: Siksha Anuragi Manch conducted a rally in the Naxalbari near the bus stand area, demanding the reopening of schools and colleges with proper covid protocols.
Both teachers and parents participated in this rally. A memorandum was submitted to the BDO.
Siksha Anuragi Manch and former teacher Paritosh Chakladar stated that the schools have been closed for two years now. “The government has reopened fairs, sports, buses, and trains but restricted schools and colleges from re-opening,” Chakladar added.
