Siliguri, 11th January: The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) submitted a memorandum to SDO Priyadarshini S demanding to open school-colleges soon.
Schools, colleges, and universities have been closed for almost a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many students are unable to attend online classes due to the lack of proper infrastructure.
Hence, a deputation was submitted today on behalf of SFI demanding to reopen schools and colleges after sanitizing them. The SDO stated that the matter will be looked into.
