Siliguri, 24th July: Despite repeated reminders to stay home, several e-rickshaws (toto) are still being sighted in different parts of the city, deliberately breaching the lockdown restrictions.
In this regard, the traffic police, on Friday morning, launched operations in Bidhan Road and Panitanki More. The officials even resorted to lathi-charge to disperse the totos.
