Siliguri, 08th January: Left candidate Sudip Bhattacharya went door-to-door campaigning in Siliguri’s Ward No. 27 on Saturday morning. During the campaign, he learned that a resident of a multi-story building in the ward is infected with Covid. Acting promptly, he immediately suspended the campaign and had the area sanitized by Red Volunteers.
Left candidate Sudip Bhattacharya said, “While campaigning, I learned that a resident of an apartment is infected with the virus. Hence, the area was sanitized immediately.”
