Rajganj youth working in Sikkim goes missing, family in distress

Rajganj, 09th October: Samir Kasera, a resident of Gadheyagachh under Binnaguri Gram Panchayat of Rajganj block who went to Sikkim for work has gone missing. Consequently, the family is in a state of distress upon being unable to connect with him.


According to reports, Samir went to Sikkim for work two months ago. Following the natural calamity in Sikkim, on Tuesday night, Samir went missing, which left the family members distraught. His mother, who works in a tea estate, arrived at the police station for assistance.

In this regard, the youth’s mother stated that she used to converse with her son every day. However, after the disaster in Sikkim, she was unable to contact her son, since October 4, as his phone was switched off.
