Rajganj, 30th September: A tragic incident unfolded in Rajganj where a youth named Sanjit Rai, a resident of Manipur of Panikauri Gram Panchayat under Rajganj block, was severely injured due to a motorbike accident while returning home from work. 20 days after the incident, the family has appealed for assistance due to insufficient funds for the proper treatment of their bed-ridden son.
According to reports, there are seven persons in his family, including his parents, wife, and two children. Sanjit is a daily wage worker and somehow sustains his family. About 20 days ago, he met with an accident while returning home from work at night, during which, he received a severe head injury. Following this, he was undergoing treatment in North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH).
However, advance treatment is required for Sanjit’s severe head injury, which requires funds in lakhs of rupees. With no options left, the family members of the injured youth, including his elderly father have urged for assistance. If any individual intends to help, contact 70636-74175.
