Rajganj, 11th May: Debesh Chanda, a resident of the Rajganj Ambari Business colony area decided to observe the second death anniversary of his son Rajesh Chanda by helping the needy in light of the COVID-19 lockdown.
As per the report, Chanda distributed food items among 70 poor families and also donated 5 thousand 1 rupees in the Chief Minister’s Emergency Relief Fund.
The cheque was handed over to the Rajganj BDO NC Sherpa today, in the presence of Rajganj MLA Khageshwar Roy, Panchayat Samiti President Purnima Roy and many other dignitaries.
