Cooch Behar, 01st March: Under the aegis of the Balaji Guruji Darbar and Jain Swetamber Terapanthi Mahasabha, a pure drinking water system has been set up at the emergency department of the Cooch Behar Government Medical College-Hospital.
The Cooch Behar District Magistrate Pawan Kadian inaugurated the project on Sunday. Balaji Guruji Durbar member Kamal Kishore Ashoka and many other dignitaries were present during the inaugural event.
Reportedly, an amount of 2.5 lakhs have been spent on the project.
