Cooch Behar, 19th September: To tackle the skyrocketing prices of potato, fair price shops have been opened in Cooch Behar’s Bhawani Ganj Bazar and Dodowar Hata on behalf of the Cooch Behar District Administration.
As per the report, potatoes will be available in the fair price shops at the rate of Rs 27 per kg. The said fair price shop was inaugurated by Cooch Behar Sadar SDO Sanjay Paul. The SDO stated that the initiative was taken after holding discussions with the traders.
