Islampur, 25th April: Police official Bapan Das dressed as Yamraj in Islampur to raise awareness about COVID-19. Besides awareness, he also distributed masks and sanitizers among the common people.
Das dressed up as Yamraj and raised awareness on the streets of Islampur, hospitals, and terminus area. He urged pedestrians, motorcycle riders, Toto drivers, and bus passengers to wear masks.
Bapan Das said that the only way to survive against COVID is mask, sanitizer, and social distance. ‘Hence, I have taken to the streets to raise awareness. I urge all to be careful and save the lives of the citizens.’, he stated.
