Siliguri, 09th August: 22 players from Darjeeling have brought laurels to the district by excellently performing at the State Level Power Championship. The competition was held in Andul, Howrah from 29th to 31st July. The players from Darjeeling dominated with their brilliant accomplishments.
Out of 22 players, 10 have won medals in different arenas of the competition. The medal winners include Sanghamitra Roy, Phulmoti Roy, Saibal Talukdar, Anamika Roy, Anupama Sarkar, Monica Bhadra, Tania Basak, Deepak Chakraborty, Pinku De, and Shahid Ali.
