Jalpaiguri, 10th August: Plasma therapy is likely to commence in North Bengal soon under the initiative of the state government. Advanced modern plasma therapy equipment will be installed in North Bengal Medical College-Hospital. The information was provided by COVID-19 OSD, Dr Susanta Roy.
In view of the growing number of coronavirus cases across the city, such an initiative has been taken to combat the fatal virus.
Dr Susanta Roy stated that the plasma therapy service is likely to be launched soon for COVID-19 patients.
