Matelli, 11th May: A Pangolin was found in an empty well near Chalsa Mangalbari Bazaar ground in Matelli block. As soon as the news surfaced on Wednesday morning, crowd of people gathered to catch a glimpse of the animal.
The Khuniya Range forest workers rushed to the spot and rescued the pangolin from the well. Reportedly, medical assistance was provided to the pangolin before being released into the forest.
