Siliguri, 16th November: Within six hours from the event, the NJP police successfully nabbed one of the two accused, identified as Krishna Dey, who earlier today managed to escape from the police van.
It is to be noted that two arrested individuals escaped from the police van, on Tuesday morning, when they were being taken to Siliguri District Hospital for a medical check-up. A search is being conducted to catch the other accused Debashish Das.
