Rajganj, 08th December: A person was severely injured after being hit by a BSF vehicle. The incident took place in the Talma Bazar area of Rajganj block on Wednesday morning. The injured person has been identified as Dipankar Roy. He is a Trinamool Panchayat member of Booth No. 165, Sariam.
According to local sources, Roy was hit by a BSF vehicle while crossing the road on his scooter this morning. He sustained severe head injuries. After the incident, he was rescued and rushed to a private hospital in Fulbari. The locals demanded the BSF to carry his medical expenses.
