Jalpaiguri, 25th August: Members of the North Bengal Nationalist Folk Artists Group handed over a memorandum to the Jalpaiguri Department of Information & Cultural Affairs.
A memorandum was handed over in support of various demands including an increase in artists’ allowances, inclusion of other talented artists in receiving allowances, and a one-time allowance for artists over the age of 60.
