Rajganj, 06th August: A 58-year old man, who had been suffering from fever and cough for the past several days, died at his house in Rajganj Bhutki Hat area, late Wednesday night.
However, no one stepped forward to help the mourning family. Allegedly, the locals demanded the family members get themselves as well as the deceased checked for coronavirus.
Besides, the locals also stated that the body will not be allowed to be cremated until the reports arrive. Upon receiving the news, the Ambari Outpost police reached the spot shortly after. The body was then taken by the Rajganj Block Health Department for swab test.
