Siliguri, 26th July: The NJP police arrested a miscreant with stolen goods, on Sunday. The arrested accused has been identified as Saddam Hossain.
It has been learned that a burglary took place at the East Dhantala area of Fulbari on July 22. A written complaint was also lodged at the NJP police station.
Based on the complaint, the police launched investigations and arrested Saddam Hossain from the Fulbari Chunavati area. Several stolen items including a television were recovered from his residence. The arrested individual was sent to Jalpaiguri court on Monday.
