Rajganj, 26th June: Siliguri-Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA) Chairman Vijay Chandra Barman, on Friday, inaugurated a 2.5 km paved road in Rajganj.
As per the information, the road was constructed from Rajganj to Panikouri. The said work was completed at a cost of 1 crore 93 lakh rupees.
In this context, Barman stated that the road was constructed as per the demands of the locals.
SJDA Vice-Chairman Nantu Pal, Rajganj MLA Khageshwar Roy, Rajganj Panchayat Samiti President Purnima Roy, Rajganj Block President Laikkhomohan Roy, District-in-Council member Lovely Parveen, and many other dignitaries were present during the inaugural event.
