Naxalbari, 27th July: The Naxalbari police arrested two including a woman with drugs. The arrested accused have been identified as Mohammad Alam and Saira Bano.
The police, based on a tip-off, raided the Khalbasti area of Naxalbari and recovered 512 grams of brown sugar, 55 grams of cocaine, Rs 1 lakh in cash and two mobile phones. Two people were arrested in the incident. The arrested individuals were produced at the Siliguri court today.
