Gorubathan, 04th February: Protesting against the recent rape and murder of 17-year-old Ginni Bishwakarma of Manabari Tea Garden under Dooars’ Mal subdivision, the victim’s family took to the streets in various parts of Dooars area to demand the immediate arrest of the culprits and stern punishment for them.
Likewise, the youths of Gorubathan Manjing protested against the incident and took out a silent procession, last evening, demanding immediate arrest and severe punishment for the murderers. After the rally, the youths lit candles and prayed for the eternal peace of the victim at the Manjing Sports Ground. Strongly condemning the incident, the youths demanded immediate justice for the victim’s family and execution of the killer.
