Siliguri, 07th February: Minister Arup Biswas, MLA Raj Chakraborty, and Trinamool leader Goutam Deb paid respect to Lata Mangeshkar in front of Siliguri Baghajatin Park, on Monday. Following this, a rally was taken out.
