Siliguri, 13th August: On Sunday, Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) Mayor Goutam Deb unveiled the solemn statue of the Indian revolutionary nationalist, Martyr Pritilata Waddedar in Siliguri. Among the dignitaries present at the event were Ward No. 23 Councilor Lakshmi Pal and other members of the Ward Committee.
Notably, the statue was placed near the Bhubaneshwari Kali Mandir of Ward No. 23 under the commendable initiative of SMC’s Ward 23 Committee.
